These wooden medical alert keychains are a great visual aid to let people know about your medical condition, and what to do in an emergency. Choose from either one sided with just the medical condition listed, or two sided and add contact details/further info in case of emergency. All keyrings are coated with a layer of danish oil to provide water and stain protection. The hole for the keyring will be on the left hand side as standard, but this can be changed-just let us know when you order!

Size: 5cm x 3cm x 2mm depth

To place an order:

1-choose if you'd like a single or double sided keyring.

2-choose the appropriate medical condition or choose custom if your condition is not listed and add the details in the personalisation box.

3-if choosing two sided, add the text you'd like on the back of the keyring using the personalisation box - 3 to 4 short lines at the most.
