This asthma peak flow planner helps you to keep track of your general health/medications/appointments and of course peak flow. The first page is a handy medical overview of your health-medical history, surgical history, medications, religious beliefs, smoking history etc which can be very useful at medical appointments/hospital visits. The coloured peak flow chart helps you to keep track of your peak flow readings, which can be helpful if your asthma were to get worse. It helps you to keep track of what is normal for you.
There is a weekly and monthly chart to record home readings. The appointments page is a helpful reminder of upcoming appointments and contact details for if you need to re-schedule. The medications page allows you to record your allergies and current medications including any previous medications you've tried and why they were stopped. The last page features an action plan box, following a discussion with your doctor you can fill this in so you know what to do if your asthma symptoms become more frequent or your need to use your inhaler more often. There's also a handy notes and to-do section along with local pharmacy information.
